Car 14, a 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Utility taken by Kieran Egan
Originally assigned to Supervisor 1, Car 14 was the first Ford Police Interceptor Utility delivered to the department, and the only slicktop utility for several years. After being replaced in 2018, the car was repainted into the new paint scheme and reassigned to the Animal Control Unit. This was the first year that Barrington had an all-black paint scheme, after switching in 2009 from an all-white paint scheme, to a black and white paint scheme that was delivered on most cars until 2018. This paint scheme was short-lived, as it was only placed on 4 cars (Supervisor 1, Car 5, Car 6, and Car 14) before the department switched to a more minimal black paint scheme in 2019. The new paint scheme places "Barrington" on top, in order to spell out "Barrington Police" instead of "Police Barrington"
