PublicServiceVehicles.com (PSV) is a site to help grow the public safety vehicle photography community. As a community, there are several rules that each user must follow in order to use the site. By viewing and navigating the website, you agree to our Terms and Policies.

• You are under 13 Years of age.
• Your account has been previously disabled for violations of our Terms and Policies.

• Encourage acts of violence.
• Spread misinformation.
• Target or harass other individuals.
• Display inappropriate content.
• Express vulgar language.

You may not attempt to upload malicious content or anything else that could prevent PSV from working or displaying properly.

You may not help facilitate, encourage, or support others from violating these Terms and Policies.

By uploading a photo to the site, you acknowledge that you own the rights to that photograph by being the photographer or have received permission to publish the photograph. If it becomes clear that you are not the photographer, or do not have permission to publish the photograph, we reserve the right to take action by removing the photograph from our site and potentially prohibiting you from using our site.

By uploading a photo to the site, you agree to allow us to publish it in order to make the photograph available to our users. However, you retain the rights to the photograph, as long as you own the rights to that photo in the first place, and can request that the photo be removed.

We may disable or remove your account if the moderators find that you are continuously violating the Photo Guidelines.

If we find that you have violated these terms and policies, we may remove or restrict access to your content.
